CHALLENGES: 75th Anniversary event needed a complete make-over:
- Required enhanced production levels throughout (AV, signage, etc.)
- Needed more branding and Association awareness
- Exhibit hall needed a fresh look, while drawing more attendees and general interest.
- Sought record attendance of over 3,000 people
- Required a smoother onsite registration process
- Wanted an impactful and engaging opening to the conference.

- Analyzed and audited previous conference to observe areas for improvement
- Renegotiated some vendor and hotel contracts for better overall value
- Provided sponsor liaison and support services to ensure benefits were met
- Developed a creative stage design and laser show to open the conference for maximum impact
- New “learning zones” were incorporated onto the trade show floor to add value and retain guests
- Helped create unique and branded receptions throughout the program
- Redesigned and renamed the trade show floor (aka; Insights Zone)
- Integrated networking lounges and cyber cafés to provide better attendance value.
